Job summary

Discovery Dental Studio in Wilmington, NC is seeking an experienced Crown and Bridge Dental Laboratory Technician. This full-time, on-site role requires real expertise in fixed prosthetic fabrication, tooth morphology, and CAD/CAM design.

Candidates with at least 2 years hands-on fabrication experience and proficiency in nesting, milling, and zirconia finishing are encouraged to apply. The position offers growth opportunities in a small lab environment with Monday–Friday work and a salary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in hands-on fabrication.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM design and processes.
• Experience with fixed prosthetic fabrication and tooth morphology.

Responsibilities

• Independent production—designing restorations to final finished state.
• Design crowns, nesting, milling, and zirconia finishing; sintering, fitting, staining and glazing.
• Work on-site in a small lab with opportunities to learn advanced skills.
