MicroDental Laboratories, a world-class, rapidly growing global company, seeks a determined CAD/CAM Designer for Ward Dental Laboratory in Brighton, Michigan. Design dental restorations using 3Shape or Exocad per client specs, ensuring high-quality results and accurate case tracking.

Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience may receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 120 days of continuous employment. Candidates thrive on detail and can work independently or with a team.

Formación

• Proficient in dental CAD design using 3Shape or Exocad.
• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while producing quality restorations.
• Excellent computer, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to diplomatically request corrections.
• Ability to read handwritten English and understand lab terminology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal software systems.
• Capable of multitasking and working independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Read, interpret, and design dental restorations to client specifications using a CAD program.
• Design dental CAD framework, full contour crowns, bridges, veneers, and implants.
• Electronic tracking of cases.
• All other duties as assigned or required.

We are looking for a determined, high energy, well-organized CAD/CAM Designer to join our Ward Dental Laboratory located in Brighton, Michigan.

*Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.*

Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and design dental restorations to client's specifications by using a dental CAD software program
• Design dental CAD framework, full contour crowns, bridges, veneers, diagnostic wax ups, and Implants
• Electronic tracking of cases
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

• Proficient in 3Shape and/or Exocad designing software
• Proficient in dental anatomy and terminology
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, while consistently producing quality restorations
• Excellent computer skills, communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented to identify sub-standard work and diplomatically communicate for corrections
• Ability to read handwritten English ability to read and understand laboratory slips/laboratory terminology
• Basic computer skills to effectively communicate through internal software systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Able to multitask, attention to detail
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Have a positive, outgoing, and self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High School diploma or equivalent required
