Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive CRO and experimentation across web and app for Avis.com and Budget.com. You will own the QA and validation of experiments, coordinating with internal IT, QA, and external partners to ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery.

You’ll work with CRO managers, designers, and product teams to align on priorities, build scalable experiences, and hand off successful tests for production.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building A/B and multivariate tests in Adobe Target, Optimizely, or a comparable platform.
