Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in collaboration with physicians and APPs.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and annual reviews of staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical practice optimization.
• Maintain compliant documentation and billing practices in EMR.
• Support on-call, rotating schedules and clinical coverage as needed.
• Mentor and develop APPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
