Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Project Manager for the Critical Environments team in Cheyenne, WY to lead data center and hospital projects as owner’s representative.

You will independently manage project scope, schedule, and budget while mentoring teams and coordinating with A&E professionals, contractors, and vendors. Strong communication and leadership skills required, with 5+ years in construction PM and ME P background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
• Identify add-services opportunities and ensure timely invoicing and collection.
