MGAC in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex Critical Environments projects, including data centers and hospitals. The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, strong leadership, and hands-on involvement onsite 3-5 days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelors, Associates, or equivalent in a construction field.
• 2+ years managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects while potentially handling components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors, and other teams.
