Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care for a defined patient population. The role focuses on expanding knowledge, delivering direct patient care, and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, along with documentation and patient/family education. Strong teamwork and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey nursing license required.
• ACLS and BLS/CPR certifications required; ACLS strongly preferred.
• BSN preferred or willing to obtain within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care following evidence-based policies and standards.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a variety of complex patients.
• Delegate and supervise care to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of care and patient progress.
