Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years critical care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care to provide safe, patient-centered care.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and health care team regarding patient status and treatment plans.
• Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience per Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Medication administration using latest clinical documentation technology for safe delivery.
• Patient and family centered care to optimize health and disease management.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration to manage plan of care from admission to discharge.
