Qualifications

• Must have six months of relevant nursing experience or be an active participant in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work at the assigned HMH location by date of hire; BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based policies and standards of care.
• Coordinate patient care and activities with nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; provide education to patient and family.
