Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to manage two to four crews on telecom underground projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and achieving production targets under the guidance of the direct manager.

The supervisor will coordinate pre-construction meetings, maintain safety/production records, and communicate with customers, inspectors, and management. This position bridges field and office operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for Pauley Construction, LLC.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must pass company-required trainings.
• Valid State driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and leads crews to meet daily production goals and maintain production records.
• Coordinate with direct manager to invoice jobs in a timely manner per company policy.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies (OSHA, DOT) for each crew.
• Lead accident investigations and report job damage and injuries.
• Attend safety meetings with assigned crews.
• Attend internal and external trainings as required by policy.
• Manage owner complaints with the Superintendent and investigate.
• Ensure 100% adherence to safety policies.
• Communicate equipment needs to direct manager and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Keep trucks and equipment clean and in good order.
• Staff, train, and perform of employees, including HR-related tasks.
• Consult with manager before ordering/procuring materials.
• Interface with customers to discuss needs and jobs.
• Complete 8 JSOs and audit direct reporting crews.
• Complete daily DVIR if needed.
• Ensure fleet is gate checked within 45 days.
