Core Clinical Partners seeks a Lead Credentialing Specialist to lead the credentialing function for healthcare providers and partner with hospitals and operations teams. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years credentialing experience in healthcare.
• Experience with MS Office and credentialing software.

Responsabilités

• Serve as administrative support for Credentialing Manager.
• Design, develop, and update training materials for onboarding of new credentialing specialists and ongoing staff education with the credentialing manager.
• Create and maintain a library of educational materials, including how-to guides, training manuals, and reference documents.
• Conduct training for new credentialing specialists remotely or in person.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure staff proficiency in latest practices and protocols.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices among staff.
• Develop and deliver educational content for department meetings, ensuring engagement and informativeness.
• Communicate regularly with staff to understand needs and provide ongoing support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
