Job summary

AB Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist Team Lead to guide the day-to-day operations of our credentialing team in Gilbert, AZ. This hands-on leadership role balances supporting the team with managing your own credentialing workload, driving productivity, quality, and accountability.

• Strong background in healthcare credentialing and compliance.
• Experience leading a team or mentoring staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in credentialing systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead credentialing team to meet productivity and deadlines.
• Serve as first point of contact for workflow questions and day-to-day issues.
• Onboard and train new Credentialing Specialists.
• Monitor workloads and escalate capacity when needed.
• Maintain accurate credentialing records and communicate status to teams.
• Escalate complex issues to management and provide recommended solutions.
