Job summary

BetterHelp is seeking an Associate Team Lead, Credentialing Committee to coordinate and oversee credentialing activities for a nationwide behavioral health network. You will manage committee meetings, ensure timely reviews, and maintain documentation in line with NCQA standards and payer requirements.

You will lead credentialing specialists, collaborate with operations and compliance teams, and drive process improvements while ensuring high-quality outcomes for providers seeking credentialing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of provider credentialing experience in healthcare.
• 1+ year of leading credentialing committee meetings.
• Experience with NCQA standards and payer credentialing requirements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate scheduled Credentialing Committee meetings.
• Review credentialing and recredentialing files for completeness and readiness.
• Ensure accurate documentation of committee decisions and communications.
• Monitor timelines to meet regulatory, accreditation, payer, and organizational requirements.
• Support onboarding and training of credentialing team members.
