Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking a Manager, Credentialing to lead the credentialing team and manage all credentialing activities for providers, pharmacies, and dispensaries. You will coordinate with markets, payers, HR Ambassadors and leadership to streamline processes and reduce gaps.

The role requires deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid payor enrollment, strong project leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration while maintaining audit readiness and data integrity.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Health Services Administration or related field.
• Five years of credentialing experience required.
• Lead/management experience preferred.
• Experience with CAQH Pro-View and Medicare systems required.
• CPMSM/CPCS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads credentialing team daily including hiring and coaching.
• Oversees credentialing and recredentialing end-to-end for providers.
• Manages NCQA primary source verification processes.
• Oversees state license, DEA/CDS, and board certifications renewals.
• Maintains enrollment and directory accuracy; drives status reporting.
• Implements credentialing QI program and audits.
