You will mentor technicians, manage workflows, and communicate treatment plans to pet owners while ensuring accurate medical documentation and efficient hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• Current Credentialed Veterinary Technician license in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a licensed technician with leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency in anesthesia monitoring, surgical assisting, and radiology.
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care under DVM supervision and lead technical teams.
• Mentor and onboard veterinary technicians and assistants during shifts.
• Coordinate workflows with hospital leadership to improve efficiency.
• Explain treatment plans to clients and review medical records for clarity.
• Oversee inventory of medical supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in patient records.
