The role focuses on leadership, recruiting, onboarding, and raising the standard of medicine while maintaining strong team collaboration and community outreach initiatives.

Formación

• Licensed DVM with good standing in Texas.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
• Servant leadership mentality and collaboration.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of hospital finances and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and develop associate veterinarians.
• Partner with Practice Manager to strengthen team.
• Lead annual operating plan and EBITDA goals.
• Lead monthly doctor meetings and mentorship programs.
• Represent hospital to the community.
