Mission Pet Health is hiring a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our team in Harker Heights, Texas. The role focuses on delivering high-quality small animal care across diagnostics, surgery, anesthesia, and preventive services within a supportive, growth-oriented clinic network.

You will work alongside a dedicated team complemented by mentorship from a Hospital Manager, with a culture committed to safety, compliance, and top-tier client service across Central Texas.

Qualifications

• Must have AVMA-accredited Vet Tech program and an active state license.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology and lab procedures.
• Calm, efficient under pressure with strong communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year veterinary industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
• Lead and mentor the medical team to ensure efficient workflow and growth.
• Educate clients on treatments and review medical records with pet owners.
• Contribute to a positive hospital culture through training and feedback.
