Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a sharp, versatile Creative Strategist to own the Mando creative end‑to‑end, from concepting to sign‑off. You’ll work closely with senior strategists and editors, shaping campaigns across multiple formats and channels.

You will bring 3–5 years of relevant experience, hands‑on video editing skills, and a strong track record of owning creative for a brand. This is a fast, ambidextrous role in a growth‑minded team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in creative strategy, content production, performance marketing, or related field.
• Own creative for a brand or product line, not just contribute to it.
• Hands-on video editing experience with professional tools (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) and direct‑response or performance advertising chops.

Responsibilities

• Own Mando creative across stills, B‑roll, and partnership/UGC ads; lead concepting, briefing, and sign‑off.
• Collaborate with senior strategist on TV spots and agency selection.
• Manage creator operations end‑to‑end: sourcing, briefing, contracting, whitelisting and payments.
