We continuously build a pool of talent across Senior Creative Directors who can be matched to future engagements with startups and enterprises, based on experience and availability.

Qualifications

• Senior creative leadership overseeing visual direction and concept development.
• Ability to translate business strategies into compelling creative platforms.
• Experience guiding cross-disciplinary teams through concepting to execution.
• Strong bias toward brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
• Proven track record in presenting and defending concepts to stakeholders.
• Mentor and elevate talent; set craft standards and culture expectations.
• Excellent storytelling, typography, layout, and color control.
• Willingness to collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative vision, concept development, and brand expression across campaigns.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams through concepting to execution.
• Review and approve creative work ensuring brand standards.
• Partner with marketing, product, global/regional teams to align on strategy.
• Develop visual concepts, storyboards, and creative territories.
• Guide designers, photographers, videographers, and copy partners.
• Oversee typography, color, layout, and brand identity application.
• Present creative work internally and incorporate feedback.
