Job summary

American Savings Bank is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Commercial Real Estate Loan Division risk management. You will review, structure, and approve complex CRE loans, guiding risk mitigants and ensuring strong underwriting standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate lending and handling large/complex credits.
• Strong credit management capabilities and ability to rate credit risk.

Responsibilities

• Drives risk management for the CRELD portfolio and reviews loan structures.
• Advises RM and Credit teams on risks and mitigants for deals.
• Oversees loan documentation, closing, and coordination with Loan Operations.
• Performs cash flow analysis and stress testing to ensure repayment protection.
• Communicates with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end loan processes.
• Maintains accurate risk ratings and reports for each loan.
