Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 8+ years experience, or Master’s with 6+ years
• Hands‑on experience with silicon lab environments and platform bring‑up
• Experience collecting and analyzing silicon power and performance metrics (IPC, Frequency, Cdyn, leakage)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for test automation and data analysis
• Strong analytical skills to derive actionable conclusions from complex data sets

Responsibilities

• Own and operate lab infrastructure for silicon characterization including bring‑up, maintenance, and debugging of platforms
• Plan and execute measurements across performance, IPC, power, voltage‑frequency curves, and TC telemetry
• Design structured measurement campaigns to profile silicon under various operating conditions
• Analyze silicon data to identify power/performance gaps and roadmap alignment
• Collaborate with architecture, benchmarking, backend design, and simulation teams to correlate lab results with models
• Develop tooling and automation to streamline data collection and reporting pipelines
• Communicate findings through reports and presentations to engineering leadership
