Job summary

Intel is seeking an experienced professional to shape the future of silicon development and RTL design. You will lead efforts in CPU logic, collaborate across architecture and backend teams, and drive AI-enabled improvements in development processes.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in CPU silicon, strong technical leadership, and experience with x86 microarchitecture. This role is on-site in Texas with additional locations including Hillsboro, Oregon.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in silicon development of CPU logic.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical leadership and delivering IP projects.
  • Experience on x86 CPU microarchitecture.
  • Experience with x86 memory management execution.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate across architecture, backend, and design teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and apply AI tools to improve RTL coding and silicon development.
  • Advance front-end methodologies and contribute to architectural discussions to enhance scalability.
  • Develop strategies for RTL development and logic optimization to meet power, performance, area, and timing targets.
  • Ensure designs meet power, performance, area, timing, and physical design integrity.
  • Collaborate across architecture, backend, and design teams to deliver industry-leading products.
  • Foster a high-performing organization with core values and behaviors.
