Qualifications

• Must read text and numbers in English and be able to follow instructions.
• Ability to learn and apply computer-related applications and programs.
• Mature judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to communicate with varied backgrounds in a respectful, professional manner.
• Must respond to buzzers, bells, and pagers and use GPS mapping applications.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate routine and STAT lab and non-lab pickups and dispatching using software.
• Manage and monitor a team of drivers for punctuality, responsiveness, and efficiency.
• Plan resources and assign vehicles, keys, and handheld devices as needed.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and address breakdowns promptly.
• Enter requests, dispatch drivers, and track progress during shifts using dispatch software.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues within guidelines.
