Job summary

CACI, supporting the DoD JCITA CI training mission, seeks a qualified Counterintelligence RDA Instructor. The role requires TS/SCI with poly and a credentialed Special Agent, plus 5 years of CI experience in RDA, CIP, and FISS threats.

You will design and deliver instruction, assess training impact, and lead field exercises to advance counterintelligence capabilities within the DoD IC.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with poly or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Credentialed Special Agent.
• 5 years’ CI support experience in RDA, CIP, and threats posed by FISS.
• Graduate of CI Support to Research or equivalent course.

Responsibilities

• Use Instructional System Design to analyze, write objectives, design materials, and maintain course materials.
• Engage in research to keep materials current and relevant.
• Evaluate training needs and participate in course evaluations.
• Identify areas needing revision based on student evaluations.
• Plan internal strategies and participate in meetings to resolve problems.
• Lead or participate in practical field exercises.
