Job summary

Northeast Delta Human Services Authority seeks a Professional Counselor 4 to provide intensive developmental and therapeutic assessment in complex cases at the Monroe Integrated Care Clinic. You will join a dedicated treatment team to deliver quality care and reduce stigma in behavioral health services.

Role includes performing biopsychosocial assessments, documenting progress, and contributing to treatment planning, with NHSC loan repayment opportunities for full-time clinicians.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) plus two years of licensed counseling experience.
• Two years of licensed counseling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, prioritizes, and manages clinical treatment services for complex behavioral health cases by completing initial biopsychosocial assessments, annual reassessments, ASIs, and all assigned screening tools in accordance with NEDHSA policy.
• Attends in-service trainings for staff and completes required trainings in a timely manner while assisting with the collection of TOMS and QOC surveys, as assigned.
• Completes written and electronic records with concurrent documentation.
• Serves as backup to treatment, medical, and support staff at NEDHSA's clinics as needed.
