Job summary

The Process Recovery Center, LLC in Nashua, NH is seeking a Lead Clinician (LCMHC or MLADC) to promote and provide behavioral health interventions for substance use and mental health. The role includes mentoring interns and clinicians and carries potential to evolve into Clinical Leadership.

You will mentor staff, facilitate PHP/IOP groups and weekly individual sessions, work with case management, and coordinate with outside agencies.

Qualifications

• Licensed LCMHC or MLADC with at least 1 year post-licensure experience.
• Experience training, mentoring, or supervising other staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with computer software.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with ethics and confidentiality standards.

LCMHC or MLADC - Lead Clinician

The Process Recovery Center has a great opportunity for a licensed clinician to be a part of our growing programs in the Nashua, NH location. This position: promotes and provides behavioral health interventions related to substance use disorders and mental health and mentor’s Interns, and other clinicians. This role has the potential to evolve into a Clinical Leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor other clinicians to ensure standards and support is available or provided systematically
• Facilitate PHP or IOP groups and weekly individual sessions with clientele.
• Work with the case management team as they arise in client’s care.
• Collaborate with outside agencies, probation/parole, and family members.
• Establish/Maintain up to date records and an active case load assigned by Clinical Director.
• Role model for the community professional standards in a welcoming manner.

Qualifications:

• Licensed LCMHC or MLADC with 1+ years post licensure experience
• Prior experience training, mentoring or supervision of other professional staff
• Attention to detail and proficiency with computer software and be well organized.
• Be able to function independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Comfortable with practicing ethical standards and boundaries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and self motivation
• Adhere to agency standards and confidentiality laws.
