Job summary

Job Title: Mental Health Clinician

Supervision and training are available for license‑eligible clinicians working toward completion of their NH licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office‑based outpatient counseling services for children and adults
  • Conduct assessments and assist in the development of individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Provide emotional support through active listening and discussing concerns
  • Encourage clients to make good choices and achieve personal goals
  • Collaborate with the entire care/treatment team, including outside partnerships, to ensure comprehensive patient care and implement effective interventions
  • Consistently act with honesty and integrity, while demonstrating a strong commitment to quality services and the interests of clients served
