Job summary

The Process Recovery Center, LLC in Nashua, NH is seeking a Lead Clinician (LCMHC or MLADC) to promote and provide behavioral health interventions for substance use and mental health. The role includes mentoring interns and clinicians and carries potential to evolve into Clinical Leadership.

You will mentor staff, facilitate PHP/IOP groups and weekly individual sessions, work with case management, and coordinate with outside agencies.

Qualifications

• Licensed LCMHC or MLADC with at least 1 year post-licensure experience.
• Experience training, mentoring, or supervising other staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with computer software.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with ethics and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Mentor other clinicians to maintain standards and provide support.
• Facilitate PHP or IOP groups and weekly individual sessions.
• Collaborate with case management to assist with client care.
• Coordinate with outside agencies, probation/parole, and families.
• Maintain up-to-date records and manage an active caseload.
