Job summary

Northeast Delta Human Services Authority in Ruston, LA seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with at least two years of licensed counseling experience to join a treatment team. The role involves intensive developmental and therapeutic assessment and treatment in complex cases.

NHSC loan repayment eligibility is available for two years of full-time clinical practice; you will complete biopsychosocial assessments, ASIs, and other screenings,

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Louisiana LPC or LMFT license.
• Two years of licensed counseling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Works as part of a treatment team to provide quality care and reduce stigma in behavioral health treatment.
• Plans, prioritizes, and manages clinical treatment services for complex cases by completing biopsychosocial assessments, reassessments, ASIs, and screenings.
• Attends in-service trainings and assists with survey data collection and required trainings.
• Completes written and electronic records with concurrent documentation.
• Serves as backup to treatment, medical, and support staff as needed.
