Job summary

High Focus Centers in Center City Philadelphia seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee adult mental health and co-occurring programs in an evening-focused leadership role. You will lead a clinical team delivering outpatient and PHP services, ensuring high-quality care for adults navigating mental health and substance use challenges.

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in a relevant field, Pennsylvania licensure, and extensive supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a licensed field.
Active Pennsylvania licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Minimum of five years post-licensure in behavioral health settings.
At least five years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of co-occurring treatment approaches and outpatient levels of care.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise clinicians delivering outpatient and PHP services for adults.
Conduct clinical assessments and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses.
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Facilitate interdisciplinary meetings and case consultations.
Provide supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians.
Maintain a manageable caseload to support program flow and continuity of care.
Partner with the Program Director on program development, performance improvement and QA.
Complete clinical documentation reviews, including routine chart audits.
Respond to client crises and promote a safe, therapeutic environment.
Ensure all services meet licensing, regulatory, CARF, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of clinicians delivering outpatient and partial hospitalization (PHP) services for adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.
Conduct clinical assessments to determine appropriate level of care and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses.
Guide staff in the development and implementation of individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in case consultations.
Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians.
Maintain a manageable caseload, as needed, to support program flow and continuity of care.
Partner with the Program Director on program development, performance improvement, and quality assurance initiatives.
Complete clinical documentation reviews, including routine chart audits.
Respond to client crises and promote a safe, therapeutic treatment environment.
Ensure all services meet licensing, regulatory, CARF, and organizational standards.
