Job summary

High Focus Centers in Center City Philadelphia seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee adult mental health and co-occurring programs in an evening-focused leadership role. You will lead a clinical team delivering outpatient and PHP services, ensuring high-quality care for adults navigating mental health and substance use challenges.

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in a relevant field, Pennsylvania licensure, and extensive supervisory experience.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a licensed field.
  • Active Pennsylvania licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Minimum of five years post-licensure in behavioral health settings.
  • At least five years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of co-occurring treatment approaches and outpatient levels of care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise clinicians delivering outpatient and PHP services for adults.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary meetings and case consultations.
  • Provide supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload to support program flow and continuity of care.
  • Partner with the Program Director on program development, performance improvement and QA.
  • Complete clinical documentation reviews, including routine chart audits.
  • Respond to client crises and promote a safe, therapeutic environment.
  • Ensure all services meet licensing, regulatory, CARF, and organizational standards.

Schedule: Full-Time – Monday through Thursday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM; Friday Daytime Hours

This evening-focused leadership role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a dynamic outpatient setting and values both clinical excellence and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of clinicians delivering outpatient and partial hospitalization (PHP) services for adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.

  • Conduct clinical assessments to determine appropriate level of care and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses.

  • Guide staff in the development and implementation of individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

  • Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in case consultations.

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians.

  • Maintain a manageable caseload, as needed, to support program flow and continuity of care.

  • Partner with the Program Director on program development, performance improvement, and quality assurance initiatives.

  • Complete clinical documentation reviews, including routine chart audits.
