Responsibilities

• Lead legal support for AI, biosecurity and emerging tech initiatives
• Draft and negotiate agreements with government, industry and research partners
• Counsel on technology transactions, data use and privacy considerations
• Support engagements with U.S. Government and allied partners on sensitive information
• Advising on export controls, cybersecurity and IP matters
• Direct outside counsel and manage special projects at the direction of General Counsel
