Job summary

Kampack GA Inc is seeking an experienced Corrugator Supervisor to lead a crew in the corrugated manufacturing environment at our McDonough, GA facility. You will ensure quality guidelines and productivity targets are met while maintaining a safe, collaborative work environment.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in corrugated manufacturing, hands-on leadership of 8–20 employees, and a strong safety and operations background.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a corrugated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with high-speed corrugators in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience managing a team of 8 to 20 employees.
• Strong background in safety, operations, and business.
• In-depth process knowledge, results-driven, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment meeting quality and production targets.
• Communicate with employees and supervisors during shift changes.
• Address issues with critical thinking to meet goals.
