Job summary

DSJ Global seeks a hands-on Converting Supervisor for a 3rd shift in Georgia. You will lead converting operations with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.

You will coach and develop hourly staff, drive proactive safety initiatives, and champion waste reduction and continuous improvement. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with maintenance and quality teams and accountability for staffing, scheduling, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in corrugated converting manufacturing.
• Strong ability to lead teams, build culture, and drive accountability in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coaching, training, and developing hourly production employees.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to train on first shift and work any shift based on business needs.
• Experience in a union manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with KIWI production systems, SQF, or BRC standards is a plus.
