Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Mooresville, NC, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the corrugated packing department. You will ensure safe, efficient operations, communicate performance targets, and coach a team to meet production goals.

You will oversee shift activities, drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and collaborate across functions to optimize capacity and reduce waste. A Lean mindset and 3+ years supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in corrugated packaging.
• A Lean mindset and continuous improvement approach are expected.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corrugated packing department to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews as needed.
• Coordinate shift operations and optimize labor, equipment, and workflow.
• Monitor KPIs, enforce safety, and drive cost and waste reductions.
