Job summary

International Paper is seeking a Corrugator Supervisor for the Lebanon, IN facility to lead a second-shift crew on the corrugated board line. You will supervise hourly staff, drive safety, quality and productivity, and engage team members to meet production goals.

Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning work, evaluating performance and fostering a collaborative, safe work environment. A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are required with supervisory background

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of manufacturing experience, preferably in corrugated/packaging.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; college courses encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor to one shift of hourly employees; supervise safety, quality, productivity and engagement.
• Oversee daily production, training, planning, assigning and evaluating work; reward/discipline as needed.
• Promote safety, quality, production and teamwork; resolve conflicts.
• Communicate operational information to crew, supervisors, management and customers.
• Promote and ensure compliance with safety and quality programs.
