Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• College or related technical courses preferred.
• Prior experience in corrugated packaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor to one assigned shift of hourly employees, focusing on safety, quality, productivity and engagement.
• Supervise daily production, training, planning, and directing work; evaluate performance; enforce discipline and safety programs.
• Lead and motivate staff by example, ensuring a safe environment and quality output.
• Communicate operational information clearly to all levels, including customers and vendors.
• Promote and ensure compliance with safety, quality and other programs.
