Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of related experience is required.
• Preferred: Manufacturing and corrugated supervisory experience; previous experience in a Lean environment.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification is a plus.

• Oversee maintenance operations to maximize equipment uptime.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the shift with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Provide coaching to employees for adherence to maintenance practices.
