Job summary

CyberCoders in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day corrugate manufacturing operations. You will oversee production crews, ensure safe, efficient equipment operation, maintain quality, and push continuous improvements to hit targets and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include coaching operators, scheduling workflow, coordinating maintenance, enforcing safety (OSHA), tracking KPIs, and driving Lean, 5S and Kaizen initiatives, while coordinating with inventory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Knowledge of corrugate production processes and maintenance procedures.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop talent.
• Experience with safety programs and continuous improvement methods (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop production operators to meet daily targets while upholding safety and quality.
• Schedule workflow, staffing, and machine assignments on corrugate production lines to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor production processes and equipment; troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Ensure products meet specs through inspections and procedures; collaborate with QA.
• Enforce safety policies; conduct safety meetings and OSHA/compliance.
• Analyze metrics and KPIs; report and propose improvements to increase throughput.
• Lead Lean, 5S, Kaizen initiatives and support root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with inventory, maintenance, and logistics for material and shipping.
• Train new employees on equipment operation, standard work, and safety; maintain records.
