Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, seeks a Finance Trainer at its Corporate Headquarters to oversee training and development for the Finance team nationwide. You will expand staff skills, conduct onboarding, and maintain training materials.

The role requires a High School diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 1+ year in a Finance role, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel to North American locations for audits/training as needed; on-site work at Pleasant

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel to North American locations for auditing and training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and mentoring for new hires in Finance.
• Create, update and maintain Finance department training materials.
• Deliver development training sessions to drive high performance.
• Create newsletters, policy updates and training memos.
• Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership.
