Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to oversee training for the Finance team at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

You will create and maintain materials, conduct onboarding and development sessions, and report progress to leadership. This on-site role offers stability, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within a growing company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Travel to Uline's North American locations for auditing and training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding, provide mentoring and follow-up training for all new hires.
• Create, update and maintain department training materials.
• Facilitate development training sessions to drive success and ensure high performance.
• Create and deliver newsletters, policy updates and training memos.
• Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership.
