BTI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Corporate Legal Counsel to act as the company’s primary in-house advisor, guiding strategy and governance while supporting regulatory and compliance functions in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will lead negotiations of customer and vendor agreements, manage outside counsel, supervise litigation, and mentor the internal legal team as the business grows.

• Develop and execute the Company's legal strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements across transportation, warehousing, and 3PL contracts.
• Oversee litigation, manage outside counsel, and lead internal governance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local laws affecting logistics.
• Mentor and develop the in-house legal team as the function expands.
