Job summary

Adams Homes is seeking a Pilot-in-Command for the King Air 350 based in Pensacola, FL. You will manage flight operations, flight planning, and safety culture while representing the company in all aviation activities.

Requirements include 3,000+ total hours, 1,000+ PIC hours, 750+ turbine hours, and an FAA First Class Medical. BE-300 rating and ATP preferred. Flexible schedule across days/nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3,000+ total flight hours required.
• 1,000+ PIC hours preferred.
• 1,000+ multi-engine hours preferred.
• 750+ turbine hours preferred.
• ATP rating preferred; BE-300 rating preferred.
• Prior Part 91 and/or Part 135 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command of the company-operated King Air 350; ensure safe, professional flights per FARs and policy.
• Lead flight planning, performance calculations, weather/route analysis, weight and balance, preflight and post-flight docs.
• Promote safety and high-quality passenger service across flights.
• Oversee day-to-day flight department operations: scheduling, training, standardization and performance oversight.
• Maintain flight department manuals, SOPs and records; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance providers; monitor aircraft readiness and airworthiness.
• Act as primary operations contact for passenger travel coordination.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement of procedures.
