Job summary

Solairus Aviation invites applications for a Captain to operate the King Air 350 safely, supporting client travel while upholding safety, service, integrity, teamwork, and operational excellence. The role requires extensive flight hours, and on-call availability to meet mission demands.

The successful candidate will review maintenance, perform preflight checks, and ensure airworthiness, coordinating with a dedicated team to deliver superior client service on every mission.

Qualifications

• Total time: 2,500+ hours.
• PIC time: 1,000+ hours.
• Multi-engine land: 500+ hours.
• Multi-engine PIC: 500+ hours.
• Turbojet time: 500+ hours.
• Instrument time: 200+ hours.
• Type rated on King Air 350 or comparable aircraft.
• Current First-Class Medical Certificate.
• On-call availability.
• ICAO international procedures training annually.
• Residence within two-hour drive of KMRY or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Exercise full authority and responsibility for the safe operation of the King Air 350 on every flight.
• Review aircraft maintenance status and ensure airworthiness prior to dispatch.
• Conduct thorough preflight inspections in accordance with the AFM.
• Evaluate weather, enroute facilities, destination and alternate airports, and flight planning.
• Comply with Solairus policies/procedures and applicable FARs.
• Safeguard safety and comfort of passengers, and security of aircraft and crew.
• Accurately complete all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with a team and deliver exceptional client service on every mission.
