Job summary

The position reports to the Chief Pilot and works with the Director of Training and Director of Operations. It supports Essential Air Service routes and on-demand charter operations, with a strong focus on safety, standardization, and professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1,000 hours total time.
• 500 PIC
• 250 cross-country
• 100 Night
• 75 Instrument (50 actual)
• 50 Multi-engine

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial, recurrent, upgrade, and remedial flight training for King Air 350 pilots.
• Administer proficiency checks, line checks, and route checks under Part 135.
• Evaluate pilot performance including systems knowledge, SOP compliance, CRM, and decision-making.
• Provide professional debriefs and recommend corrective training.
• Ensure standardization of procedures, callouts, checklists, and profiles.
• Complete training and evaluation documentation accurately and on time.
• Mentor and provide feedback to Instructors to improve training program.
• Support FAA observations, audits, and standardization initiatives.
