Job summary

Adams Homes seeks an experienced Chief Pilot to lead our Part 91 corporate flight operation based in Pensacola, FL. You will command our King Air 350, oversee pilot training, scheduling, and safety program compliance.

As a leader in flight operations, you will ensure FAR compliance, manage flight department manuals and maintenance coordination, and coach a team of pilots to deliver reliable travel for our personnel while upholding our safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• ATP certificate with BE-300 type rating (preferred).
• FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate.
• 3,000 hours total flight time.
• 1,000 hours PIC.
• 1,000 hours multi-engine time.
• 750 hours turbine time.
• Prior Part 135 or 91 experience (preferred).
• Aircraft management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command of company-operated King Air 350 aircraft.
• Ensure FARs compliance and safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and aircraft readiness.
• Oversee pilot scheduling and training.
• Maintain flight department manuals and records.
• Coordinate passenger travel and deliver high-level customer service.
