Job summary

Adams Homes seeks an experienced Chief Pilot to lead our Part 91 corporate flight operation based in Pensacola, FL. You will serve as PIC of the King Air 350 and oversee pilot training, scheduling, and operational standards.

You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and high-level passenger service while coordinating with maintenance and flight operations to meet company needs with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• ATP certificate with BE-300 rating is required.
• FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate is required.
• 3,000 hours total flight time minimum.
• 1,000 hours PIC minimum.
• 1,000 hours multi-engine time.
• 750 hours turbine time.
• Prior Part 135 or 91 experience preferred.
• Aircraft management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command of company-operated King Air 350.
• Conduct flight operations per FARs and company policies.
• Ensure safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
• Complete flight planning, pre-flight inspections, trip docs, and records.
• Coordinate passenger travel and provide high-level customer service.
• Must work varied hours including day/night, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Manage day-to-day flight department operations.
• Oversee scheduling, training, standardization, and performance.
• Maintain flight department manuals, records, aircraft maintenance status, and procedures.
• Serve as primary point of contact for flight operations.
