Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior-level Application Support Analyst to join our banking-focused team in Newark, OH. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of production support experience, strong L3 troubleshooting skills, and a proven ability to work directly with end users and vendors to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

You will support core banking platforms, prioritize incidents, coordinate releases, and operate in a collaborative Agile environment to ensure stability and business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production support experience in banking/financial services.
• Strong Level 3 troubleshooting to diagnose complex application issues.
• Experience supporting a core banking platform.
• Fiserv Premier preferred; other core banking systems are transferable.
• Solid understanding of banking operations and how tech supports business processes.
• Hands-on ticket management, incident resolution, and direct end-user communication.
• Vendor management experience with third-party applications such as Fiserv.
• Experience supporting releases, application changes and system configuration.
• Comfortable working in a loose Agile environment with releases and sprints.

The ideal candidate has strong L3 troubleshooting skills, experience with a core banking platform such as Fiserv Premier, and the ability to work directly with end users and third-party vendors to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
