HelloFresh Group is seeking a Lead Copywriter to join our Creative Studio in Berlin or Warsaw. You’ll drive copy quality across the full funnel—TV, OOH, paid social, display, CRM, and YouTube—with a special focus on mid-funnel social creative that stops thumbs and starts conversations.

This hands-on role blends strategic thinking with writing, shaping how eight brands communicate across sixteen markets, collaborating with local teams and guiding junior staff while advancing AI-enabled workflows

Qualifications

• 8+ years of copywriting or communications experience.
• Proven English-language copy across major digital channels (TV, social, CRM, email).
• BS/MS from a top-tier university in Communications, Marketing, Creative Writing, or related field.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Write sharp, on-brand copy across the full funnel and major channels.
• Provide strategic input on briefs and creative concepts.
• Collaborate with local market copy teams across sixteen markets.
• Use AI tools (Claude and Gemini) for ideation, iteration, and localization.
• Proofread meticulously with zero typos or errors.
• Manage content flows with Google Suite, Airtable, and Jira.
