Qualifications

• Either a Bachelor’s with 5 years’ experience (supervisory 3 years) or a Master’s with 4 years’ experience (supervisory 3 years) in planning, design and construction management of engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs planning, design and monitoring of construction on infrastructure and building projects.
• Supervises engineers and consultants, ensuring work meets contract specifications and stays within budget.
• Reviews design plans, prepares cost reports, and coordinates with funding agencies and stakeholders.
• Oversees project timelines, payments to contractors, and training of staff.
