Qualifications

Michelin‑starred Valle restaurant is hiring experienced line cooks. We offer competitive and flexible wages based on experience. Line‑cook levels can go up to level 5 for the most experienced candidates.

Our hourly rates for Valle culinary positions start from $21.50 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

A line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. We look for professionals with knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures who can produce a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner.

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Culinary degree or related experience preferred.
• 4+ years of previous line experience in a full‑service restaurant. Preferably Mexican fine‑dining.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must work well under pressure.
• Must be able to take direction from leader on recipes and follow recipes.
• Must have basic knife skills.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be available Tuesday‑Saturday. Restaurant is open Tuesday – Saturday.
